EySource in collaboration with World Academy of Research and Publication (WARP) is organizing International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Rural Development (ICERD) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from  27-29 November, 2014. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Competitive papers / case studies are invited to be sent in the approved format guidelines-to-authors to the Conference Manager at conferences@isurs.org. The areas of interest include all topic of  economic and entrepreneurship development, rural tourism and environmental issues, to social and ICT development (but are not limited to):

•    Rural poverty eradication & reaching the rural poor

•    Quality of life and social capitals of rural households
•    Entrepreneur education and skills attainment
•    Entrepreneurship as an economic development vehicle of rural communities
•    Environmental and tourism sustainability of rural areas
•    The rural way of life and quest for development
•    Impact of ICT development on rural communities
•    Microfinancing and small-and-medium enterprises
•    Islamic Economics, Business and Accounting

 •    Other related topics


This conference is aimed at research organisations, universities, government agencies, policy-makers, public policy advocates, nongovernmental organizations (NGO) and corporate representatives from all over the world. This conference can serve as a meeting point for scholars and stakeholders to interact and exchange ideas. It is also an opportunity for both the paper presenters and the participants to exchange ideas and disseminate new research findings to be used as guidelines in future policy making. It is also in the best interest of the organiser to further generate innovative thinking pertaining to rural development and to identify elements of a longer term research agenda to fill critical gaps in knowledge on these issues.

All submitted papers will go through the process of Double Blind Peer Review by the experts. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Two research papers will be considered for the Best Paper Award. Top 10 ranked papers (by experts) will be evaluated for Academic Journal of Management Science (AJMS).
